Have a vast knowledge with accounting system.
• Should have capability to handle the bills payment, voucher preparation, keeping the voucher entry in accounting software (Tally Software).
• Prepare Daily Receipt-Payment Account, Bank Reconciliation etc.
• Maintain daily cash and bank account. Maintain books of accounts.
• Maintain sales ledger, purchase ledger, General ledger, and any party ledger.
• Maintain petty cash, party payment and salary sheet.
• Maintain the accounts of parties outstanding. Maintain all kinds of Register and files.
• Assist the accountant/Management in all related matters as and when required.
• Preparation of monthly and yearly accounting and financial statements
