- As direct report to (ministry of housing ) management I perform a wide variety of difficult advisory assignment by applying industry, practices , and techniques as developed over many years of successful construction management. The incumbent at this level is fully qualified construction professional who is in developing creative solution to complex project conditions and capable of providing viable recommendations
- Conduct studies of processes and procedures to advise and recommend constructive changes for strengthening
- Review submittal packages and document for suitability and completeness
- Offer pro-active advice and government sensitive suggestions for improvement
- Assist in the development of ministry managers’ knowledge base as the road construction work
- Write construction investigative reports for review and action by ministry managers on obstacles and confronted technical issues
- Advise method of improvement of work with engineering and construction units at project site with moh managers
- Keep abreast of current technologies, and advises the ministry on latest developments
- Monitor progress and accuracy of as-built drawings, snags lists, guarantee and warranty information
- Performs other responsibilities associated with my position as may be appropriate

- Functional tasks: I supervised and Executive several roads projects and housing schemes in addition to the implementation of the supplementary business methods (concrete terms, ditches, business curbs and Interlock's sidewalks, plates ways and paints, installing the eyes of cats and ceramic ways), and done in coordination with all government agencies relationship, and the preparation of implementation and follow-up and supervision of the company's plans sites and preparation of technical reports and financial extracts, with a total cost in excess of 250 million riyals.
- Working as a project manager for maintenance of main roads project in Medina, Medina region with a high level of complexity $ 38 million riyals.
Cairo-Alexandria Free Way Aug 2008 ~ Jun 2011
Project Overview: Upgrading the Cairo Alexandria road from traditional road to be one of the most important Free Ways in Middle East. Constructing three bridges and two service roads beside the main Free Way in order to implement the free U-Turn over whole the Free Way.

Contribution: I was responsible for executing the project and responsible to present our ideas and our work for the consultant organization.

Cairo International Airport Third Runway Oct 2005 ~ Aug 2007
Project Overview: Constructing new runway for Cairo International Airport in order to receive Boeing 777xx aircrafts with high impact on the runways and high level quality specifications. Our goals in this project were achieving very high level of quality.
Contribution: I was responsible for leading 300 worker (Engineers, Technicians, Drivers of heavily equipments, etc.) to complete more than 22, 000, 000 M3 of cutting, filling, constructing base layers, and finally constructing asphalt layers under very high quality assurance and quality control.
