Participate and monitor the implementation of Daewoo E&C HSE procedures and Policies in RDPP Project.
Verification that all safety measures stated on Permit To Work forms are undertaken and suitable JSAs are followed.
Check on work site All documents attached to the PTW such as JSA, RA, P-id and certificates with PTW holders (Task Supervisors).
Implementation and monitoring of Training Matrix for All Daewoo E&C and Contractors employees.
Provide training regarding all hazardous operations during the RDPP project including:
HSE Induction, PPE, Fire Prevention;
PTW system, Confined Space Entry, Work At Height;
JSA/Risk Assessment;
Excavation works;
Environment Management;
Fall Protection, Rigging and Lifting operations, Color Coding;
for Rig 13 Dalma Energy CCL.
Duties: Repsol HSE Advisor Rig 13 Dalma Energy Drilling Services.
Supervise/conduct safety meetings and TBT before prior contractor routine operations.
Supervise and make sure that all services companies operations in the filed are carried out in safe manner in accordance with Contactor and Client PTW procedures.
Update JSA and develop new Risk assessments for the specific and critic operations.
Prepare and conduct weekly safety meetings with contractor’s crews.
Carry out the accident/incident and near-miss investigations and report the HSE department in head office.
Collect all HSE data and statistics and report them to the HSE department in head office in monthly basis.
Conduct Rig Equipment inspections according to the Repsol HSE requirements.
Conduct the clinics and ambulances inspections
Perform the Stop-Card system for the Rig and Main Camp.
Follow-up the Stop Card trucking List and the pending items related to the HSE issues.
Conduct and supervise the different drills (Fire Drills, H2S Drills, BOP Drills, Stretchers Drills, …) to enhance the crews preparedness for the emergency situations.
Conduct and participate in the different meetings with crews and supervisors in the daily and weekly basis.
Conduct the environmental inspections in the rig site, Camps, waste and burning pits.

Take part in periodic HSE audits & inspections to identify areas for improvements to rectify all unsafe actions and conditions.
Ensure that regular inspection and maintenance carried out on Fire Detection/ Protection systems/equipment and Gas detection system.
Carrying out near miss / accident investigation using Comprehensive List of Causes system to identify their root causes and prevent their reoccurrence.
Review HSE Check cards and Behaviour Safety Audit cards.
Carry out a Pre-Job safety-meeting prior starting any drilling activities.
Develop new Job Safety Analysis “JSA” and up-date current JSA as necessary.
Prepare and manage HSE weekly meetings.
