• Monitoring and supervising the performances of the company’s branches;
• Serve as the company’s representative to Government Vehicle licensing agency (Courtville Investment Limited);
• Supervising and monitoring staff’s affairs and see to their productivity inform of customer’s satisfaction and returns;
• Respond to emergencies;
• Communicating information from the management to the staffs and vise vasa;
• Promote good environment practice;
• Recommend performance award or merit increase when appropriate

• Supervise tools and equipments maintenance
• Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines;
• Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment;
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations;
• Interprets specifications, prints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties;
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules;
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product;
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems;
• Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals;
• Responsible for collection of the sample from production line for laboratory tests at regular interval;
• Responsible for enforcement of GMP within the laboratory;
• Check the products for correct coding and level uniformity;
• Ensure that products conform with the standards during bottling;
• Carrying out simple laboratory tests on products obtained from production line;
• Recording and forward the findings to the chief-quality control officer on daily basis.
