Sales Engineer in trading division for the following products :
1- Grundfos & Ebara Pumps
2- Novovent Ventilation System ( Exhaust Fans )
3- FTC GRP Tank
4- Rheem Water Heaters
5- Mifab Drain Accessories

Acknowledge receipt of inquiries from the Middle East countries and making sure that they are within capabilities of the company.
- Follow-up on tenders and participate in the bidding activities.
- Managing, interpreting & assessment of customer requirements by technical vetting of inquiry documentation identify implementation requirements, plan resources & budgets.
- Communicate with customer to further understand their needs and to request any other required engineering data (drawings, data sheets, BOM, BOQ etc...).
Analyze/negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Prepare technical quotations and cost estimate using in-house sizing, selection and pricing software’s.
- In case selection/pricing software is not available, issue of RFQ’s to specialist companies/agencies and subsequent review of received quotations for suitability.
- Help in the design/selection of custom-made items.
- Perform quotations breakdown and preparing final technical & commercial offers/proposals and submit it on time.
- Follow up on offers, achieve customer satisfaction & promptly respond to the customer’s technical assistance and counseling the assistant of the agencies technical people.
- Review and acknowledge receipt of orders
- Process orders and follow up the manufacturing schedule.
- Supervise Shipping & Delivery to customer, plan & control testing & material inspection.
- Quotations, offers and orders documentation and registering
- Respond to customers after sales demands and coordinate with the agencies specialist's for material insulation & site services incase required.
- Organizing sales visits with the team.
- Review cost and sales performance
- Write reports and sales literature to Senior Company Management.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Make technical presentations.
- Identify and establish new business.
