MY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1-Conducting supplier/subcontractor evaluation
2-Evaluating approved supplier’s performance and decide on their approval status
3-Verify Material Request Form
4-Obtain quotations from different suppliers for the requested materials. for Telecommunication and Electromechanical projects. Such as NOKIA, CISCO, AVAYA, SFFECO, SETRA etc.
5-Evaluation of the received quotations
6-Issue and approve all Purchase Orders
8-Follow up with the suppliers the delivery of the ordered materials
7-Managing 6 persons working in my department.
