• Strategic planning: understand client brand, field and business & communication objectives, design brand development scenario, marcom plan on both short & long run and advertising creative rationale, build contract proposals and creative presentations.
• Projects management: Organize projects advertising and communication plans, direct and monitor projects schedule progress.
• Initiatives: inspire clients with new advertising and communication initiatives that fits their brands development strategy and communication objectives.
• Day to day interface: lead day to day meetings, oversee work flow, presenting agency’s creative rationales of projects designs, layouts, surmise feedback, negotiate cost estimates and approved invoices payment, provide contact reports surmising meetings.
• Communication: develop and present creative briefs internally, track job development stages, inspire and help create team visualize client objectives and comments, share contact report with internal involved team.
• Campaign designing and launching: design advertising campaigns based on objectives and estimated budget, lead developing internal creative concepts, design and layouts, TVCs, Radio scripts, out-doors and prints, out-coursing for TV and Radio production, organize launching in all direction, monitoring campaign screaming.
• Media planning and buying: brief media planning units on campaign needs, target groups, direction and style in order to build an integrated campaign plan, communicate with media buying on campaign spots dates, airing timing, campaign duration and rates, negotiate costs with both client and media
• Market monitoring: overview and monitor general market ad client field business
