• Leading large scale integrated projects involving OSP, ISP, PBX, LAN and WAN integration with well-organized computer network services in the most cost effective manner.
• Providing proposals, follow up, technical and commercial negotiations and finalizing orders.
• Support the design, engineering and project readiness of data network solutions.
• Assessing new projects for technical and business suitability, documenting process flows and presenting the same to the management to determine project feasibility. Making design and associated calculations, and scrutinizing bid proposal to negotiate contract details.
• developing and growing long-term relationships with customers
managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
• Understanding product capability gaps or functionality to define ways to handle them using partners, product enhancements
• Defining the best company products to address requirements of prospect business.
• Ascertaining resource allocation estimates, monitoring project progress and informing the same to team, clients, and service managers to enable proactive service and timely completion of project.
• Maintaining highest standards of quality on deliverables according to envisaged implementation methodology and ensuring that escalation procedures are adhered to.
• Establishing and maintaining best practice metrics throughout the design, integration and delivery of the project; thus providing deliverables that meet contractual and functional requirements, and enabling delivery of revenue specific milestones as per agreed time lines, whilst providing highest levels of client satisfaction.
• Performing general engineering services for the detailed design of LAN, WAN, telephone OS, IPTV, Videoconferencing and Audio/Visual.
•Submitting periodic reports of performance parameters to the project manager.
Key Responsibilities:
