Over 20 years experience in Power Cables manufacturing company in Technical Dept.
Worked in Ekco Electrical Traders Company (U.P) India as Sales & Technical Manager since Aug 2013. Company deals in supply of Wires & Cables, Medical and Scientific instruments, Food processing and Agriculture Equipments, Light machines, Rectifiers, Transformers and all Household Electrical Accessories to Health Care Services, Small Scale Industries and to University and College labs. Company also has a dedicated Workshop to deal in repair contracts for above items.
Activities included Sales and Marketing of all above items with a team of result oriented Sales Executives to enhance the company sales in new sectors / cities, and to provide complete Technical Support with highly experienced and trained Service Technicians to promptly resolve any repair issue and if & when required coordinate with “Suppliers Technical Staff” for under warrantee items to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
Designing, Costing, Sales and Marketing of High, Medium, Low Voltage cables, Instrumentation and Thermo couple pair cables & OHL conductors in accordance with National & International standards like Ministry of Electricity & Water Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Saudia, Oman, Qatar, Australia, Africa etc, IEC, BS, VDE, DIN, ASTM and Indian Standards which includes Technical and commercial offers for Government Tenders, Contractors, and distributors enquiries and later on orders follow up, obtaining Technical Approvals from Govt. Utilities.

Exploring different ways to economize the cost of production and keeping products up to date by reviewing “Internal Quality Bulletins”. Study the cause if testing results show major deviations from the standard requirements, work with Quality Control department in parallel to resolve daily quality issues.
Analyzing technical literature of the competitor, New Product Development, giving Technical training to Government utilities/ Consultants/Contractors was also included in the activities if and when required.
Time to time study Market demands / Trends to get maximum market share to enhance the company business as much as possible.
Reviewing “Manufacturing Instructions” for Production department to proceed for manufacturing after getting order.

Started carrier as a Technical Engineer in Technical and Designing Department of Riyadh Cables Ltd. Co. in Riyadh (K.S.A), one of the leading cable manufacturers in Gulf region, having their own Copper rod generation and PVC granules producing plants, deals in wide range of products like: Low, Medium and High Voltage cables up to 240 kV, Telephone, Instrumentation and Flexible cables, all types of overhead line conductors.
PAST ACTIVITIES IN BRIEF:
Study customer Inquiries and design all types of cables/ conductors based on National/International standards such as IEC, BS, VDE, DIN or ASTM and Australian standard, preparing complete technical submittal like technical data, deviations if any cross sectional drawings. Calculation of continuous current ratings, short circuit currents, cable losses etc. Replying to customer queries and visiting them.
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering passed in 1995.
1988-1991, Aligarh Muslim University, (U.P) (India) 3 years Diploma in Engineering (Electrical Instrumentation) Improvement in Timer circuit which was published in College magazine.
