- Admin for HUA WFMS system,
- HQ/R&D interface.
- SLA and TT Auditing for MNOC/ SOC.
- MNOC, MTAC, SOC process Auditing, Document alignment with actual process, and enhancement.
- Leading CS/PS Core, VAS, Transmission, Access, and Power FO teams during shift.
- Interface with customer and other MSPs.
- Controlling SLA.
- L2/L3 Technical support.
- Interface with R&D and HQ.
- Interface with Design and implementation teams.
- Interface with Cisco, TNOC, DNOC.
- Interface with MTAC and MNOC governance.
MW DCN Design Engineer
- Responsible for DCN Design for all STC MW projects including 4G1 project.
- Interface with Design, MPLS, and TX teams.
MW DCN Implementation Engineer
Responsible for DCN Implementation for 4G1 project.
- Interface with Design, MPLS and TX teams for MW visibility and troubleshooting.
MW NMS and Integration engineer:
* Software Commissioning-U2000
- MW level 2 technical support
- Visibility and all services integration.
- RTNs software Upgradation
- QoS Configuration.
