- All Accounts payable duties ( review invoices - match with L.P.O - entry - review ledgers - issued checks)
- AL Accounts receivables duties ( make Again report - contacts clients - collect money - follow up with clients )
- All payroll duties ( WPS - make salary sheets - transfer money -settlements )
- make all financial reports to top management ( cash flow - income statement - balance sheet)
- Make bank reconciliation and follow bank balance , make LC - TT letter .
- Assisting in Month end close of the General Ledger.
- Create project accounts in the accounting system
- Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders
- Authorize access to project accounts & the transfer of expenses into and out of project-related accounts
- Review and approve supplier invoices related to a project, time sheets for work related to a project, overhead charges to be applied to a project
- Close out project accounts upon project completion
- Create and submit government reports and tax returns related to projects
- Purchasing materials.
- Make deal with sub-contractors and follow the work pressing.
- Follow installation and delivery.
