reengineering processes of Saudi National Security Project:
- Studied and assess current Business Processes.

- Created Business Reference Model (BRM), which is a framework facilitating a functional view of the SWCC lines of business (LoB) in compliance with NORA (National Overall Reference Architecture), including its internal operations and its services for citizens, independent of the agencies, and offices performing them.
- Creation of the Business Architecture Baseline document in compliance with NORA, this document contains the principals (which contain the ground rules to reach and achieve the enterprise strategic goals) as well as the as-is business areas, Line of Businesses, functions and Sub-functions of SWCC as well as the service catalogue (if available)
- Creation of Targeted Business Architecture document, which include the Gap analysis and suggested initiatives in order to improve the enterprise functions as a whole.
