• Working with the maintenance planning team to follow up the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Trying to keep all the equipment in the first class condition by applying the maintenance plan in the best way.
• Main Engines (CAT 3512B, CAT 3406B, and CAT C15) Maintenance according to PMS & Troubleshooting.
• Operating and ensure proper starting procedures for air compressors.
• Maintenance and repair of power end section of mud pumps.
• Maintenance and repair of centrifugal pumps.
• Repairing mechanical components of mud conditioning equipment including shale shakers, gas degasser, degasser vacuum pump, mud agitators, and safety valves.
• Maintenance and service of all hydraulic and pneumatic systems throughout the rig.
• Taking measurements for for preventive maintenance. (Alignment measurement, Bearing clearances, Gear back lash, and Pulley measurements).
