GEFINOR ROTANA HOTEL: Preparing monthly financial statements and reports. Performing monthly closing procedures and preparation of the reports in accordance with Policies & Procedures (P&L, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows, etc ) . Reviewing and preparing aging payables and receivables statements. Checking the monthly inventory ledgers and reviewing the opening, closing, consumption, issuing, transfers, and variances generated. Preparing and compiling all taxes (VAT, Income Tax, Social Security, End of Service Indemnity, and Withholding Tax ) . Preparing yearly budget along with the coordination and participation of department heads. Reconciling all general ledger accounts, as well as bank accounts.
▫ Financial Accountant Jan. 11 till March. 12
GEFINOR ROTANA HOTEL: A same task as the Assistant Financial Controller since the assistant was not in the hotel's manning at that time.
▫ Accounts Payable Jan. 10 till Jan. 11
GEFINOR ROTANA HOTEL: Checking invoices & receiving of merchandise purchased as per the hotel policies & procedures. Prepare the check and reconcile our books with suppliers statement also checking the invoices under procedures and policies. Review and checking before posted the invoices received manually for their respective accounts also posted the transferred invoices form the cost controller.
▫ Training as Income Auditor Month of Jan. 10
GEFINOR ROTANA HOTEL: Reviewing Night Auditor reports; checking the Daily Revenue Report, Checking new arrivals rates according to the hotel rate structure & season offers.
Checking all adjustments and rebated done on the system. Spot checks on cash floats, parking and all revenue generated departments.
▫ External Auditor-Lebanon Nov. 09 till Dec. 10
Horwath Abou Chakra&Co:
1- Auditing according records/books and checking the conformity with accepted accounting principles and international accounting standards and preparation or verification of financial statement, for both internal and external use, according to international standards of auditing.
2- Analyzing internal controls, application of management policies and procedures and issuing detailed reports of audit findings and communicating recommendations for detected weaknesses and deficient controls.
3- Book-Keeping using the Lebanese chart of accounts.
4- Tax declarations in compliance with local regulations and laws.

Jynopo's Restaurant: Controlling the outlets Especially the Buffets, posting customers orders and events on the POS and preparing a detailed excel sheet with all the sales.
