- Creation, Audit, Assessment, evaluation, revision, reporting and maintenance of the university's Quality Management System, including its procedures, policies, forms and other related systems and documents.
- Establish and Monitor the Key Performance Measures (KPM's-KPI’s) of the university's operations at all levels (Top Management, departments, collages, services, and programs) and report the KPM scores to the president and trustees council.
-Act as the liaison with the Certifying Body on matters relating to the quality system and other systems.
- Manage Quality Management System audit with in-house Internal Quality Auditors to verify that all activities are performed against the established or documented standard procedures.
- Conduct periodic training sessions for new hired employees and current employees related to quality management systems and qualify internal auditors.
- Monitor all identified non-compliances in the quality management system and evaluates effectiveness of the preventive and corrective actions
- Monitor strategic plans implementation and measure areas of improvements and achievements and control the university's documentation system.
-Establish and implement Food safety management systems according to ISO 22000:2005, HALAL, EMS, OHSAS, EnMS, FSMS, BRC, IFS, RSPO, SQF, HACCP, GMP, ... etc including Procedures, Manuals, Templates, Dashboards, Reports, Formats, Policies, Objectives, Plans, Strategies, Methods, Risks, Opportunities, H&S Hazards, Env. Aspects & Impacts, SOPs, SSOPs, CSOPs, QA/QC Plans and Monitoring systems, Traceability systems, Suppliers Evaluation System, Supply chain Management ... etc for certification purposes and participates excellence model Competitions.
- Site & Infrastructure assessment and conduct second party audits (on behalf of clients) including Supplier evaluation.
- Maintain the effectiveness of the established systems

- Qualification of client's staff and steering committees
- Follow up change & risk management
- Plan, schedule and Conduct assigned audit engagements (desk-based and client's sites) successfully from beginning to end in accordance client's procedures to enable delivery of assessment and certification services that meet customer requirements and appropriate global accreditation standards and specific business goals and strategies
- Maintaining a high standard of service delivery that ensures effective customer relationships
- Assist in business development as required and to provide specific technical support to expand the the company's capability to offer valued services to customers Key Accountabilities
- Complete all chargeable work within the required budget and timeframes to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency of the business
- Identifying and communicating issues raised, offering recommended solutions relevant to business and risk
- Supervises junior auditors assigned to engagements providing guidance and overall review of deliverables
- Ensures audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the process, circumstances, and risk
- Provides and prepare accurate and timely reporting as required by line management to assist the planning and management of operations
- Develops audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives.
- Obtains and reviews evidence ensuring audit conclusions are well-documented
- Ensures adherence at all times to all applicable department and professional standards
- Communicates assigned tasks to engagement team in a manner that is clear and concise ensuring high quality, accurate, and efficient results
- Organizes personal effort along with those of junior auditors to be risk-based, productive, and efficient at all times
- Ensures adequate focus on personal professional growth relevant to taking on more challenging assignments, in line with standard audit career progression - proactively seeks relevant Education and training opportunities
- Undertake personal professional development and ensure appropriate training records and personal logs are updated to maintain relevant auditor registrations and relevant industry knowledge
- Manage personal schedule to work efficiently and to meet target chargeability requirements as defined by the headquarter Certification Manager
- Enhance client satisfaction and ensure compliance with standards
- Provide technical support and staff training to all parts of the business to enhance the service capability of the business
- Support business development activities as required (including follow up and/or referral of enquiries, sales visits, assistance at events, seminars, etc.) to enable on-going growth of the business.
- Carry out internal audits of individual auditors, functions or offices to ensure internal compliance with relevant standards
- Manage personal expenditure required to fulfil the role in order that customer relations and profitability of the business are not compromised Skills & Knowledge Essentials.
- Perform excellent working knowledge of management systems, standards and compliance/auditing techniques
- Effective interpersonal skills; able to develop good working relationships with people at all level
