My Tasks:
Reporting to the Project Manager and/or Erection Manager, and responsible for all on site activities, ensuring that they are done on schedule, to budget and in a safe manner. & i’m the first point of liaison with client on site and with various other subcontractors.
Supervision-Technical
• responsible for the day to day supervision of the erection and other subcontractor, ensuring that they are working on schedule, to budget and in a safe manner.
• Studying & Review GAD, contract scope of work and specifications of erection, preparing site requirement/ elements sequence plan and equipment.
• Direct Erection, operation and final re-touching activities at project site.
• Managing and distributing the work to staff at site.
• daily basis contact-reporting to the management, planning team and loading for all updates and requirements .
• Plan, supervise and monitor the activities of the designated area and its progress to ensure maximum utilization of the given resources.
• Ensure that the erection procedures and required specifications are strictly followed.
• Initiate non-confirming reports / if any .
• Monitor and follow up the requirements in erection sites such as heavy machinery, tools, manpower and equipment.
• Review and confirm the erection requirements on all machinery, material & manpower needs.
• Representing the company on site meetings.
Erection Schedule Compliance
• Request for and monitor the required number of cranes, trailers and manpower in each of the designated project site to meet the erection schedule.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager the delivery of materials and precast elements to the site.
Erection of Pre-Cast Elements
• Conduct site investigation and prepare the sequence of delivery and erection of the precast elements.
• Prepare and submit to the immediate head the daily/ weekly Erection Status Report.
• Coordinate and monitor with the outsource company the production and delivery of the products to the job site.
• Coordinate with the client or client’s representative on site for any problem affecting the work and submit a written report for management’s review and decision.
• Do project documentation including letters of approval, revisions, report of delays and other substantial documents in the erection procedures.
Client Support
• Discuss and explain with client’s representative the site problems, coordination on forecast activity, heavy machineries, manpower, tools and equipment and provide report to the immediate head.
• Obtaining of handing over certificate .
Health & Safety Environment (HSE) Compliance
• Explain safe working practices and conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Submit reports of the nature of accidents and employee accident history and initiative preventive actions.
• Observe and enforce properly the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, face masks etc
From Sep. 2011 Until March 2013
Working with Integrated Contracting co. "one of SIAC companies" as Project Engineer \[Egypt - New Cairo\].
Projects I worked in :
• Hyde park - The Garden Heights \[ Phase I \]" Residential Buildings".
Five floors of concrete structure.

• The Main branch of Egyptian Al Watany Bank "AWB" subsidiary of NBK group "National Bank of Kuwait".
Two basement floor concrete structure on 7500m2, Seven typical floors of steel structure on 2000 m2.

My Tasks :
• Reviewing drawing and specifications.
• Supervising and monitoring the quality of works at project site.
• Managing and distributing work to staff at site.
• Controlling, and directing the subcontractors at site.
• Follow up all types of finishing work items with sub-cons.
From June 2010 to Aug. 2011
Working with Al-Majal Al-Arabi Group co. as Site Engineer in Saudi Arabia.
Projects I worked in :
• The Psychiatric & Addiction Hospitals "200 beds" in Tabuk & Najran \[ phase I\] :
• stages of \[excavation, foundations and all skeleton items\] for 8 villas \[male - female\], 2 buildings of occupational therapy \[male - female\], main hospital 6000 m2, emergency building, inpatient hostel building & administration building.

• Direct construction, operation, and maintenance activities at project site.
• Working as QS. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment and manpower to determine project feasibility.

• Review and follow up the master Project schedule.
From Aug. 2006 to may 2010
Working with Alexandria Construction co. / TMG as Site Engineer & QC. Engineer in Egypt, New Cairo.
Project I worked in:
• MADINATY \[Residential Buildings\] : six floors of concrete structure.

• Prepare the work requirements on a daily basis.
• Monitoring all site activities.
• Responsible for all executing works at site.
• supervising subcontractors for all items.
• Follow up distribution of work to supervisors & manpower.
• Ensure the execution of work according to quality standards.
• Manage the subcontractor’s performance and quality of work.
