Conduct induction and HSE Tool box talks (short briefing about site work)
o Conduct Mock drill, Noise level monitoring on site offices regularly and update the record.
o Prepare checklist for all heavy equipment, power tools and hand tools.
o Monthly inspection of all fire extinguisher, first aid box and safety harness.
o Electricity means, hazard, safety, precaution, protection system etc.
o Ensure HSE information is systematically disseminated to all personal.
o Provide field support to contractor Construction Manager and Construction Supervisor.
o Helping to project and site personnel of the requirements of JSA and Method statement.
o Excavation means hazard, safety, precaution, protection system etc.
o Monitoring and supervise all work activities e.g., portable earthlings and height work.
o Prepare to HSE weekly and monthly observations report and reporting to client.
o Ensuring power must be isolated and portable; Earthlings must be connected with all
conductors.
o Ascertaining the PPE are in working condition and being used by worker in hazardous
situation to set an example by wearing PPE on site.
o HSE inspections. Incident/accident investigations, maintaining records.
o Facilitate in conducting safety meetings & record keeping, Induction training relevant
specific all level,
o Conducted Motivational Programmers, Safety Dramas and Award distribution functions
facilitate in conducting Emergency Drills.
