Currently at Zenith Gulf Security Systems, working as Senior Security Systems Engineer from February 2016 till date. Zenith Gulf Security Systems works for the Govt. entities like Dubai Police and RTA as their major clients. They are Systems Integrators for Homeland Security, ANPR Systems, CCTV Systems, RADAR, IPTV and other security systems. Zenith has a full-fledged in-house Software development Team for their Proprietary ANPR System.
My Major role is to Implement, Monitor and supervise all the Engineering activities, like testing, installation, commissioning, inspection and site surveys.
I also form the Lead to Preparation and development of Tender, Method Statement, Project Scope of Work, Schematic Layout, Technical Proposal, Labour Histogram, Bar Chart of Work Progress, Bill of Quantity, System Design, Storage Calculations, AutoCAD drawings, and all other Project associated documentations.
Scope: Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Programming of Low Voltage Systems including ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition), CCTV, Master Clock, Access Control Systems etc.
Expert Technical Knowledge on any Electronic/Surveillance Product in the market and provide related support to Sales or Installation team by deploying Technical Data Sheets, User Manuals in shortest Time.
Technical installation deployment and maintenance of the entire security and surveillance related systems such as Panasonic, Avigilon, Heitel, and ANPR.
Researching, analyzing, evaluating and recommend improvement to system operations, hardware, software, communications and operating system.
Identify opportunities and solutions for improving efficiencies with emerging Technologies.
Develop test plans and undertake POC (Proof of Concept / Demo) to evaluate the suitability and advantages of new technologies.
Provide functional and technical support, troubleshooting, diagnosing hardware and software problems, including security servers, desktop, laptop, wireless/wired LAN/WAN, security cameras (Canon, Avigilon, Axis, Panasonic and IMITECH), and VMS (Genetec, Avigilon, Panasonic etc)
• All Kinds of Documentation Control including preparation of Purchase Orders, Quotation and Invoices.
• Full development, preparation, editing and compiling of Project Submittals, Tender Documents and User Manuals.
• Preparation, Design and Development of Testing & Commissioning Reports, System Check Lists, Snag Lists, Handover Certificates, Training Certificates, Non-Disclosure Contracts & Agreements.
• Installation, Testing and Software Programming of Low Voltage Systems including CCTV Monitoring, Master Clock, Access Control Systems etc.
• System Analyst for Low Voltage Systems (CCTV, ACS, Master Clock, Home Automation) at the time of Commissioning & Hand over.
• Designing, drawing and editing of Project utilities/objects with AutoCAD 2015.
• Conducted several Site Surveys for designing the appropriate System.
• Direct & Remote Assistance for any IT or Networking issues and its troubleshooting.
• Company Operations, Management and coordinating Staff to assign to various Projects on daily basis.
• Lead Purchaser with high negotiation skills and ability to quick search any product in the market and online within shortest time to effectively cover the milestone/deadline for any/all items required for Projects and Jobs. Negotiate and Convince with International suppliers to reduce shipping costs and prepare less-value Invoice to minimize Customs Duty Over heads.
• Logistics Management of all the company Stocks, Products and proper Inventory Management using advanced Software, recording all Inward and Outward flow.
• Recruitment of new Employees, Categorization of right Employees.
• Attendance Management (ACS Software) of Employees with daily Report Generation.
• All Local and International Shipment Follow up, Coordination & Tracking until the items reach doorstep.
• Company Vehicles Renewal & Fines Monitoring and payment via Online Portal.
• General office support, answer incoming telephone calls politely, determine purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
• Schedule appointments, maintaining & updating calendars, reminding respective personnel of their appointments, Flight & Hotel Bookings.
• Greet visitors/guests professionally, determining the nature and purpose of visit and welcome them to the meeting room.
• Sorts and distributes incoming mail to staff and dispatches outgoing mail.
• Maintains the office & projects supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies and verifying receipt of supplies.
• Uses wide range of software packages including Inflow Inventory Control, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel to produce correspondence, documents, presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.
• Operates a range of office machines such as photocopiers/printers, PCs and faxes.
• Preparation of Quota, Visa, Medical Insurance of employees.
• Renewal of all legal documents including Labour Card, Immigration Card, Visa, Emirates ID, Trade License etc.
• Well versed in UAE Labour Law and Execution of employee documents through Online Services like Fawri.
• All other Kinds of documentation related to Human Resource Dept. of the company.
• Promote Cable laying, cables and related products throughout the market of UAE.
• Visit new potential customers to introduce the products.
• All Kinds of documentation including preparation of Purchase Orders, Quotation and Invoices.
Worked as Project Engineer in Elfit Arabia for 3 months within, under Motorola Inc. at Mirdif City Center, Dubai Mall, Index Tower, Fujairah Power Plant. Lead a team of more than 4 people at IBS project sites and practiced Fiber optic fusion splicing, OTDR testing, Installation of Remote Units, Master Unit, Dome Closure, Patch panels etc.
