• Responsible for ensuring compliance to FDA and GMP standards for Quality
Control, including continuous training.
• Maintained and continuously improved the quality control systems that
monitor and reports QC information from time of receiving, through storage,
sorting, packing, and dispatch.
• Analyze consumer feedback and production data to find opportunities for
product improvement.
• Maintained and developed food safety systems such as HACCP system, PRPs,
validation, supplier approval, pest control, training, traceability, Good
Hygiene Practices.
• Ensure all Quality Assurance documents, processes, and protocols are
adhering to the most recent regulation within the operational environment.
• Perform analysis and prepare reporting to evaluate Operating Company
Food Safety compliance and overall performance against KPIs.
• Access to food safety certificates: ISO22000, ISO 9001 and BRC.
