• Provide to each customer an outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer
•Maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Aid customers in locating merchandise.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Assist in completing price changes within the department.
• Participate in month/year end inventory and cycle counts.
• Assist the customer in the service of alteration and tailoring provided by the company (adjust the clothes on the right size of customer )
• Provide the cashier service (in case)
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the manager.

-Assess clients needs buggets, likes and dislikes to make appropriate recommendations.
-Use connection to hotels, car companies, and airlines to get the best deals available.
-Negotiate with potential clients about their orders.
-Processing customer orders in a timely manner and ensuring the clients approval.
-Travel to client location when needed.
-Prepares and creates internal organized trips(desert tour, special week-end, monument tour....)external(MAROCCO, EGYPT, THAILAND, TURKEY....)
-Generating revenue for the company.
-Animate the costumer in different contexts
-Organizes sport activities and tournaments(beach volleyball, tennis, tennis, waterball, bocce, darts aerobic, aqua gym.....)
-Assist the guests with necessary tourism information.
-Provide information to guests about the procedures, policies and facilities of the hotel .
Participate and be part on evening shows(dance show, sketch...)
-Participate in any events or activities related to my role (decoration, painting....)
