Responsible for the end-to-end service delivery within Microsoft Services Premier and
Microsoft Consultancy Services in Qatar.
• Manage a portfolio of USD 14M in Premier business and a delivery portfolio of USD 24M of
Microsoft Consulting projects.
• Represent Microsoft Services throughout the deal phases whilst demonstrating a critical
partnership with Presales and Sales.
• Serve as the single point of accountability and escalation point for all Services customers.
• Direct people management responsibility for both MCS & Premier delivery resources and
supervises the services delivery of their assigned team members.
• Drive customer satisfaction, services revenue growth & profitability, reviewing and approving
Services Delivery Plans for customers in the assigned portfolio.
• Presales and Sales support for new Microsoft Technologies such as Azure, Machine Learning,
IOT, CRM, Data Insights, Big Data, Digital Transformation, Cyber security, etc.
• Contribute to overall strategic planning within QPI and at Group level
• Influence top management in setting priorities for effective use of IT resources and capabilities
• Develop and maintain strategy, architecture, standards and policies within QPI
• Maintain vision of how IT will support business direction, relationships and working practices
• Work closely with QPI business units to understand requirements and propose pragmatic solutions that meet the requirements of business and are consistent with the overall Strategy'
• Risk Assurance Services leader (RAS) in Qatar, which covers Project Assurance, Internal Audit, Information Security, Business Resilience and Risk Management
• Middle Markets leader in PwC Qatar. Develop relationship with SMEs across different industries
• Information Technology and Project Assurance leader for Qatar and Kuwait offices
• Established the RAS team and service offerings in Doha, setting up strategic targets for the team, managing the RAS unit budget and targets, and delivery of various service offerings
• Involved in portfolio management for cross-industry clients including government, oil & gas, telecom etc. Focusing on development of PwC Services offering Qatar
• Set up a team of consultants in aligned to PwC strategy to cater to the Middle East region and provide PwC services including, business process improvement, strategy setting and implementation, performance monitoring and KPIs
• Guided the development of Technology & Project Management service offerings. Development & maintenance of relationships with targeted clients in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar & Libya
• Performance of advisory assignments in the areas of Project Management, Strategy, Governance, Technology Infrastructure planning, Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR), Systems selection, implementation and integration, Information Security and Risk Management
• Provide performance improvement services to a number of clients in the middle-east, including strategy formulation, process mapping, governance framework development, and organization restructuring
• Set up IT Effectiveness team in the Egyptian Office including formulation of service & product offerings for the unit. Identification & creation of new business opportunities and setting up of profitability goals for the Advisory department
• Understand issues facing the different clients, and propose possible technology solutions to address these issues. Provide project assurance over the implementation of these solutions
