Spearheaded pre-opening HR operations for three restaurant openings in November 2022, ensuring seamless workforce planning,
talent acquisition, and compliance. Played a key role in FIFA 2022 manpower supply, hiring 1, 200 employees across five countries
in two months. Managed onboarding, soft skills training, performance management, and demobilization, transitioning key talent
into permanent roles for new fine dining concepts.
Oversaw full-spectrum HR functions, including workforce planning, employee relations, payroll, compensation & benefits, and
compliance. Led a 13-member HR team and supervised a 4-staf accommodation team, a 4-transportation team, and 8-admin
operations, ensuring HR efficiency across 15 restaurant operations and government catering projects.

Led HR for a diversified group spanning oil & gas, inflight catering, facilities management, hospitality, training academies, and
manpower supply. Built a structured HR function from the ground up, replacing third-party consultants and aligning people
strategy with business growth.

Led the recruitment and training ef orts for two luxury resorts in remote areas, tackling local labor regulations and promoting
the luxury hospitality concept to a new workforce.
Worked closely with government officials and the tourism ministry to hire and integrate local talent in compliance with
regional regulations.
Reduced recruitment costs by 50% by eliminating third-party agencies and creating effective in-house hiring campaigns.
Managed HR for major events, including the Baku European Games (2015) and Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix (2016),
