• Mainly package handled Civil + facade + Interior (stone, lighting fixtures, sanitary items etc.)
• Accountable for discover, analyze, and choose vendors/contractors and development of approved bidders
list to maximize competition.
• Prepare / develop Evaluation Criteria and preliminary cost estimate.
• Responsible for floating enquiries, evaluating offers, preparing commercial and technical bid analysis, and internal cost
estimate for finalization etc.
• Participate in Job-Explanation meeting & site visits with intended bidders.
• Participate & Coordinate Kick Off Meeting with the contractors, establish deliverables
for the contractors to be ready to fulfil the contract requirement.
• Responsible for reviewing pre-award packages in line with approved contracting strategy, Contracts negotiation, Finalization of
subcontracts within the budget of the project and awarding contract through making work orders in SAP.
• Maintain computer records of contract information and update current status of
contracts.
• Verify Contractors’ Proposed Variation Orders and submit a Variation Order Status
Report. Review & settlement of extra claims/variation, EOT etc.
• Assist in formulating and improving contracting strategies in order to optimize cost and reducing risks.

•Reviewing of bills of quantities and items mentioned in BOQ.
•Maintaining Quality of work at site.
•Maintaining various records of site such as Bar bending schedule, RMC register, steel register, Daily progress report, cement variation register, ponding register etc. 

•Supervision of polymer work, microconcreting work, jacketing work to provide structural strength to existing weak structure.
•Supervision of waterproofing work such as cement grouting, chemical grouting, epoxy chemical waterproofing, brickbat, ips
etc.
•Supervision of new concrete roads and RCC pipelines constructed inside premises of bayer vapi.
