• CFT with engineers to validate gauges & fixtures design for inspecting the parts

• Designing Gauges & fixtures for secondary processes
• Preparing detail drawing, BOM
• Cross check design with checklists & maintaining the documentation as per ISO
• Taking part in various quality improvement and cost saving projects
• Provide technical support to the production and manufacturing department
• Interacting with customers and educate them about MIM technology
• Providing knowledge about the STD Design techniques to newly joined Trainees
• Exposure on 5s concepts
• Handling & Guiding skilled manpower and administration of Team.
• Participate in TFC (Team feasibility commitment) meeting, will decide below points.
• Design of gauge & fixture which required for development & production of part using Creo
9.0
• Planning of gauges & fixtures required for production.

• Development & Management of new suppliers for toolings, jigs & Fixtures & new
Manufacturing process.
