Verification of costing/budgets for all new projects, external and internal in consultation with Operation, Purchase and Accounts Department.
Verification of awarded contract and monitoring of contracts entered in ERP on a monthly basis.
Preparation and monitoring of job costing reports on a monthly basis.
Monitoring the daily/weekly/monthly project wise budgeted vs actual material consumption, Identify and record reason for variances.
Verification of Procurement cost of various material against the budgeted cost.
Identification and co-ordination of store or project location where excess material is stored in Comparison to actual requirement.
Ensuring completion of all entries related to store within the last day of every month.
Job Costing (Budget vs. Actual) and Variance Analysis.
Location / Project wise Material Variance.
Submission of MRN and STN documents received from various projects to accounts after verification of the same.
Previously worked with TAMP (Tariff Authority for Major Ports) as Intern in Accounts Department handling various works, some of which are listed below.
The Tariff Authority for Major Ports is a regulatory body under the administrative control of the Ministry of Shipping. The Authority is mandated to regulate the tariff for the services rendered by the major ports and private terminals operating therein.
