 I have combined experience in Pre commissioning, Commissioning, Cold start up, Major turn around and Steady state plant activities of SRU, SWS, AGR, TGTU.
 Plant overview: 2*1287 MTPD Sulphur Recovery Unit /Tail Gas Treating Unit, 2*Sour Water Stripping Unit).
 Acid gas removal Plant 120000 Nm3/h.
 Licensor: SRU: Worley Parsons, SWS: Fluor, AGR: Linde
 Worked on DCS FAT and SAT activities like Graphics preparation, Simple and Complex Loop logic checking for the Instrumented logic’s as per the Alarm and Trip Settings(ATS) with providing critical feedback for improvement of deployed logics.
 Start-up, shutdown, trouble shooting, emergency handling during DCS operations.
 Operates controls and maintain a steady state operation of process unit and related equipment under control in the safest and efficient manner.
 Ensuring process parameters for all equipment are within Integrity Operating Window (IOW), design limits.
 Active team member of following activity.
o Alarm Rationalization team to identify and eliminate nuisance/bad actor alarm and ensuring the minimum alarms necessary to keep a process safe and in normal operating condition.
o Participate in shift team meetings, Daily plant meetings, weekly job planning, shut down meetings. Maintain shift logs for respective area. Effective use of OMPro tool
o Practicing Pre Incident Planning & Assessment (PIPA) scenarios, conducting dry/wet drill, table top exercise with shift crew.
o Participate of various Emergency scenario run with OTS
o Participate of Advanced process control implementation
 Monitoring parameters of Sulphur complex. Monitoring feed quality and consumption of utilities shift wise. Reduction of flare loss. Highlight exceptions in parameters which affect product quality.
 Plant F&G routine checking and if any gas detector active then take action according requirement and inform respective person.
 Support the shift superintendent in monitoring Trends, Process parameters, troubleshooting & expediting Maintenance via DCS. (Mechanical Routine and Non-Routine change over as per Standard Schedule, Any Electrical Preventive Maintenance Job on Equipment).
 Actively control Emergency situations also communicate Hot lines for FIRE, medical.

• Operating of Three Formaldehyde plant (280 MT/Day) in continuous process with DCS system.
• Experience of operating DCS (ABB Industrial IT 800xa) system.
• Ability to assist in performing various activities related to start-up of process systems such as chemical cleaning; leak testing, catalyst loading, plant start-up operation & stabilization.
• Ability to inspect all systems for operational readiness.
• Ability to start-up and operate plants and guide operators during work execution.
• Ability to ensure stable plant/unit operations and monitor flow, level, temperature, pressure, etc. to ensure that plant/unit operates normally without trips/shutdown. Take part of plant start-up and shut-down operations.
• Solving operational issues.
• Preparing consumptions, productions and monthly reports with ERP system.
• Handle emergency condition like power fail and attaining problems.
• I have worked with shut down start up of polymer chips production with 700 T/day
Capacity of Continuous Plant.

Handling and Running of thermo pack heater capacity 10 Mkcal per hour. Work through various pumps as Centrifugal, gear, Screw pumps. Exposure to various types of heat Exchanger as Plate type, Shell and Tube. Handling problem like power failure, HTM failure, Plant Start up and Shut down activities. Process Control the field activities, supervising and leading field team, coordinating with other departments (viz. mechanical, Electrical, instrument, etc.) executing operation, ensure manpower availability, maintenance activities, assessing root cause and remedies.
