Providing support to teams in Deutsche Bank, based Service-Now ticket system.

▪ Performed migration of one critical project from Legacy system to Oracle 12c, which saved the
enterprise 25% (cost-savings of nearly million Euros).

▪ Lead for India Team toward ‘Database Patching’ activities.

▪ Analyzing issues and involved in Incident Management Calls. Supporting more than 5000
databases. Worked on all issues related to IT Support Infrastructure, Performance, etc.

▪ Involved in Severity 1 related Outage calls, related to Performance or Issues in Database.
(Experience in Tuning techniques viz. ExplainPlan, AWR/ADM, TKPROF, Indexing,
SQLProfiling, SPM.)

▪ Involved in Database Builds, Installation/Configuration, Patching, Cloning, refresh of databases in 11g, 12c 19c

▪ Filed defects in database and worked with support team to deploy bug-fixes with one-off /
merge patches.

▪ Planning of Maximum Availability Architecture (MAA), for Business Continuity (BC Plans)

▪ Support and Configuration of Oracle Autonomous Database and Exadata Cloud@Clustomer (ExaCC), OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) & Google Cloud

▪ Support on RAC, Oracle 19c, DBAASCLI configurations, Exadata Cloud @ Customer,
Oracle Wallet, Oracle TDE (Advanced Security)

▪ Support on Backup and Recovery using RMAN, Flashback, etc.; Also using Tivoli Backup interface for backup/restoration.

▪ Documented new Workflows and Guides(Instruction Manuals), using Confluence, to help Junior DBAs to perform activities.

▪ Used Automation Tools like BMC Bladelogic/Truesight, for performing Migration/Patching.

▪ Providing Training and Presentations on Exadata / ExaCC

▪Preparing Change Plans, Implementation Plans and Problem ticket analysis; Focal Point/ Lead for Problem tickets (PBI), and ensuring analysts update/resolve them in a timely manner.
▪IELTS Processes, Incidents, Changes, Problems management, LEAN Model
▪Co-ordination with different managers and divisions including Change Management and Incident Management for timely resolution of issues.
