1) Responsible for end to end recruitment for the subsidiaries of the group (Interaction; Requirement Gathering; Strategizing; Sourcing; Screening; Offer Negotiation and Closure; On-Boarding)
2) Attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with companies. Work with companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.
3) Managing Recruitment of permanent and contract staff for internal and external client requirements spread across various projects some of which are classified and some others purely Emiratisation campaigns.
4) Managing IT & Military domain recruitments of: Air Force, Navy, Signals, CPC, EIDA, TAS, ITQAN, GHQ, Joint Logistics and other clients.
5) Support the recruitment and development of UAE Nationals to significantly contribute to company's strategic goals.
6) Deliverables & KRA’s include Sourcing candidates, Interviewing, Requisitioning Department Selection and approval process, Offer negotiation, release and offer acceptance management, candidate guidance and support through Recruitment & On-boarding process, Visa processing, candidate embarkation & final on-boarding prior to induction.
