Senior Electrical engineer

Project description: - 25 Services and Accommodation buildings including 3 kitchens and restaurant.
Consultant: - Saudi Diyar Consultants.
Main duties performed:-
- Leading site engineers and supervisors to execute the works according to the latest approved revision of shopdrawings
- To coordinate with civil engineer and mechanical engineer to execute all the works at site as approved drawing.
- To be as coordinator between main contractor and subcontractors.
- Study all technical drawings, documents and any revisions thereon.
- Prepare material take off and engage with procurement department for defining the material required to execute the project.
2- Al-Fisaliah Hotel Innovation
- Electrical site engineer
- Contract Value :- 100 Milion SAR For MEP work.
- Main Contractor :- ArtLine interior contractor.
- innovation of 230 Rooms at the Fisaliah hotel including Superior, Deluxe Rooms and Junior, Executive and Royal Suites.
Responsibility:-
- Electrical site engineer leading a team of Forty Electricians and one foreman.
- Dismantling of the existing work.
- To install the first, second and third fix installation of electrical systems such as :( power, lighting, electrical panels, cable tray, cable trunk and grounding) as per new design and shop drawing.
- Installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and handing over of low current systems ( Fire alarm, Public address, CCTV, data & Voice, and BMS) as per approved shop drawing..
- Coordinate with mechanical engineers when required.
Projects : -
1- Correction facilities in Taif. From \[24/12/2013\] To \[1/12/2014\]
- Contract Value: - 1.8 Billion SR (Total contract value, Drake and Scull international share the MEP work only).
-Consultant: - DAR Engineering.
2- King Fahd Medical City (KFMC) in Riyadh. From \[2/12/2014\] To \[now\]
-Contract Value:- 522 Million SR (Total contract value for MEP work, Drake and Scull international share was 50%).
-Consultant: - Al-DAR Engineering.
Responsibility:-
- Electrical site engineer on Seven Buildings and leading a team of 3 Foremans and 150 labors.
- To finish first, second and third fix installation of electrical systems such as :( power, lighting, electrical panels, cable tray, cable trunk and grounding) as per approved shop drawing..
- Installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and handing over of low current systems ( Fire alarm, Public address, CCTV, data & Voice, and BMS) as per approved shop drawing..
- Coordinate with civil and mechanical engineers when required.
Maintenance Engineer at Armed Forces
Responsibility:-
- Hardware Maintenance Engineer in air Defence forces for electrical and low current systems such as:-
(1) UPS: Power ware 9125 (65KW, 20KW and 2.2KW).
(2) ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch).
(3) FAS (fire alarm system).
- Electronic circuits design and drawing are using programs such as (PCBexpress, Proteus, and Multisim).
- PCB printing and execution.
- Installation of components such as capacitors, diodes and resistance.
- Design and execute CNC Cutter & Plotter Machine as a graduate project. (responsible for electrical design). Founding member in Shababonline family and internet site at the university.
