• Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies & safety standards.
• Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc.
• Maintains awareness of active and developing situations.
• Monitor and assess hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety.
• Correct unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line of authority
• Provide assistance in incident/accident investigation
• Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements
• Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures
• Ensures there are safety messages in each Incident Action Plan
• Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Regional HSE Manager for promulgation to the management
• Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
• Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedure
• Regular site inspection and Follow up actions
• Reporting of Company’s Achievements ( Safety Awards And Zero Accident )

controls the safety officers, inductions, trainings, permit to work... also conduct tool box talks before and after the work is started: when there are near miss, accident / incident reports..... submits the daily observations, checklists conducted by our safety officers.... provides the proper ppe for the workers:
maintenance of motors, generators, pumps, substations/control panels: overhauling/testing of motors( 50-250 hp): checking circuit breakers, panel boards:
conducts safety induction, tool box talks, trainings seminars:
controls the safety officers, inductions, trainings, permit to work... also conduct tool box talks before and after the work is started: when there are near miss, accident / incident reports..... submits the daily observations, checklists conducted by our safety officers.... provides the proper ppe for the workers:
