 Work closely with Procurement and AP department for all invoice packages that includes
Invoice, Receiving Report (DS‐127), Delivery Note, Receiving in Cost Point.
 Prepares and Track Requisition in Cost Point
 Establish and maintain automated and manual accounting records using Maximo and Cost
Point.
 Ensures upmost data accuracy and integrity in Maximo Inventory and Asset Management
database.
 Expedite and track the flow of materials and equipment to and from the various vendors and
freight forwarders to the location.
 Coordinate with all freight forwarding companies/vendors to schedule timely delivery of
material and the processes needed to provide access for delivery to the compound.
 Work closely with vendors to ensure accurate and on time delivery of goods to appropriate
locations
 Plan, organize, prioritize, the shipment from the vendors to the locations.
 Generate manifest to ship donated goods to various locations
 Coordination with GSO and applying for diplomatic notes and other required shipping
documents
 Prepare and Maintain expediting logs spreadsheets and records multiple reports directly
related to the shipping status, relating to but not limited to purchases, shipping documents,
and diplomatic notes
 Maintains contacts with vendors/suppliers to ensure proper adherence to the terms and
conditions outlined in the Purchase Order and associated terms and conditions Resolves
discrepancies between purchase orders and receipt documents and invoices
 Respond to Supplier inquiries, maintain open line of communication with requester, and
provide status to Management on all assigned shipments
 Coordination and processing of all Return to Vendor damaged merchandise
 Identify problems, analyze alternatives, and develop viable recommendations

 Responsible for managing the logistics services objectives and standards identified in the
Support Services contract are met. This includes providing guidance and leadership to the
logistics staff and working with the GSCM and related Dubai functional areas in defining
logistics chain requirements, developing solution sets to meet these requirements,
implementing the selected solution sets, evaluating vendor performance to these solution
requirements, and ensuring the continuous improvement processes necessary to continued
program mission execution.
 Develops, implements, and enforces corporate policies, processes and Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs) to facilitate consistent, coordinated, and timely logistics operations.
 Manages the efficient flow of goods, services and information between points of origin to
meet customer requirements.
 Responsible for cradle‐to‐grave oversight of all logistics functions.
 Assist in conducting property audits to ensure that government property is properly
identified and tracked from acquisition to disposition IAW PAE policy.
 Ensures that all international shipments processed and monitored IAW policy and directives.
 Establish and maintain automated and manual accounting records using Maximo, Cost Point,
and Dynamics.
 Ensures upmost data accuracy and integrity in Maximo Inventory and Asset Management
database.
 Prepares all purchase requisition in manual and in Cost Point.
 Receive and prepare invoice to include customer required documents i.e. DS127.
 Coordinates with other department activities to support full scope of logistics capabilities i.e.
calibration, disposition, issue, and turn in.
 Analyze and troubleshoot logistics functions in the warehouse to include verifying,
inventorying, and monitoring the schedule deliveries.
 Perform property control activities to track government furnished property/equipment
and contractor acquired property, and maintain records in accordance with Approved
Property Control Procedures, FAR Part 45, 52.
 Ensures accurate and timely required reports and deliverables contract, corporate).
 Oversees and manages all Logistics Operations to include, but not limited to:
 Warehouse operations, inventory and property control and accountability
(GFE/CFE/donated)
 Inspecting logistical operations
 Providing support to other sites as requested
 Ensuring timely and friendly customer service
 Act as Property/Facilities Manager.
 Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with the goal of maintaining a
mutually beneficial business relationship with the Government.

 Provide management, leadership and accountability for vehicle fleet
management, real and personal property management, mail and courier services,
freight and warehouse operations, inventory control, supply chain management,
classified waste destruction, and moving services
 Responsible for Vehicle Inspection, Kits, Fuel Consumption, Fuel Log, Check out,
Scheduled/Unscheduled Maintenance, Vehicle Registration, Armored
Registration, New Vehicle Shipping and Customs Clearance, Disposal/Destruction
of Vehicles.
 Responsible for all vehicle maintenance activities to include, but not limited to,
dispatch, scheduling, fuel services, inventory, inspection, verification of license,
plate assignment and authorizations to operate
 Responsible for all PMO Vehicle Operation and Vehicle Operational Kits
 Responsible to make sure the Security Sub Contractor (MST) meets the numbers
of vehicle to perform the Mission.
 Maintain the record of Initial Report (IR), Serious Initial Report (SIR),
 Plan, organize, and implement the scheduling and operation of all Government
owned vehicles and apply an effective reporting system to assure that services
are provided properly and in timely fashion.
 Assure Government owned vehicles are in compliance with all local laws and
regulations, this includes but not limited to, licensing, inspections, registrations,
insurance and so forth.
 Maintain and monitor all safety standards
 Develop and maintain a master schedule of all district owned vehicle fuel usage.
 Maintain a central record of use of all vehicular units
 Ride vehicles to note whether it is in need of repair
 Plans, directs, and coordinates the operation of vehicle maintenance and repair
Government owned Vehicles.
 Prepare purchase requests for Repair and Maintenance of the vehicles
 Prepares short and long range plans for transit system operation including transit routing
and scheduling in Kabul and Regions.
 Plans and administers a preventive maintenance and vehicular replacement program for
Government owned vehicles.
 Receives and processes vehicle accident and damage reports.
 Tracking and Monitoring the Fleet manually
 Tracking and monitoring the vehicle location and movement thru the use of Vehicle Tracking
Device on SICUROTRACK.COM Flat form.
 Supervise the drivers schedule
 Monitoring and keeping the vehicle documents (registration, license and Maintenance)
 Responsible for transferring fleet equipment and cargo from region to region (Shipment)
 Performs related duties as required.
 Conduct a daily inspection of all vehicles that the PMO maintains using the daily
vehicle inspection checklist from the Vehicle Maintenance and Operation
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
 Review the vehicle check‐out/in log on a daily basis
 Inspect the vehicle key box to make sure that the keys are all accounted for
before securing for the day
 Part of Logistics Team, Set out the Materials Request
 Assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise
 Coordination and Prepare manifest for all regional goods for Air Embassy Flights
 Operates as support mechanism for the standard supply function within CSSP Operation
