2. specialize in contracts drafting and the legal forms for the corporate work and all the legal forms which the Notary public certification in Dubai also draft, advise, review and negotiate minor business agreements, Lead the Legal Department in advising on major agreements.
3. Provide legal opinions to business units and management in various types of minor legal matters, including but not limited to advising on the contents and interpretation of agreements and drafting letters relating to contractual relations. Assist colleges in major legal matters, assisting in managing cases and legal matters potentially leading to cases.
4. Assist in analyzing and standardizing the legal procedures for company's various to ensure effective processing and to avoid future liability and secure company interests.
5. Assist in establishment of new companies and acquisitions of companies, businesses and assets both in the UAE.
6. Assisting in drafting all relevant legal documents and manage all relevant procedures for new companies set up / acquisitions.
7. Also I'm specialize in litigation, with a focus on labor, civil, commercial cases. I have also I'm specialize in companies establishing, real estate cases.
8. Also I have Experience in procurement management and human resources management support in drafting of work policies Formulation, the legal regulations and an administrative investigation and follow-up with employees labor cases.
