Major Roles and Responsibilities:
•Ensuring that all latest approved revisions drawings, material submissions, method statements and other necessary documents are readily available for smooth and timely execution of works.
•Coordinate with the Sales & Procurement team for the easy of the project.
•Prepare BOQ for the Projects.
•Resolve quality issues of capability, tolerance, and materials related issues.
•Providing technical direction to engineering and production teams throughout project stages.
•Maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
•verify NCR and take necessary step to solve it.
•Interact routinely with Purchasing, Engineering and Suppliers to pro-actively improve quality of components.
•Providing support during installation and start-up of projects, ensuring multidiscipline engineering and design efforts were completed in accordance with project scope, schedule and costs.
•Prepare reports on regular basis after final inspections.
•Ensuring all activities carried out by subordinates are performed in accordance with company or client safety rules with reference to Method Statement (MS) and Task Risk Assessment (TRA) which is prepared as per the Safety standard.
• Maintaining working relationship with the clients, subcontractors, professionals, representatives and suppliers.
•Performing various office activities on the site, maintaining all the project specific documents.
•Maintaining daily and weekly work progress records and reporting to the higher officials
