RESPONSIBILITIES
➢ Proceeding invoice.
➢ Dealing with suppliers, inquiries, keeping customers accounts.
➢ Reconciling monthly supplier's statements and issue of payments.
➢ Recording journal entries of Purchase A/C, Sales A/C, Expense A/C, other income of Purchase fixed assists
➢ Bank reconciliation statement checking record & bank Remittance from customers.
➢ Monthly payroll calculation & distribution.
➢ Issuing cash & expenses, petty cash.
➢ Controlling & adjustment to hours, costing & absence.
➢ From opening to closing L/C's, until goods come to and enter to Stores/ Warehouses with all calculations.
➢ Writing sales report, resolving enquiries from employees, reconciling, and corporate bank accounts.
➢ Preparing reports on different aspects of the business on weekly and monthly basis and daily registration of invoices and credit notes.
➢ Develop experience of Excel spreadsheet & MS Word, maintain inventory, posting of cashbook receipt and payments.
➢ Responsible for Purchase & sales ledger accounts, petty cash, expenses, payroll, reconciliation, assisting in auditing, also responsible for other duties assign by Managers.
