• Acting as the representative of the organization to the media

Testing:
• Monitoring the monthly organizational statistics (including number of clients and examinations) and reporting these to headquarters and ETS (Educational Testing Service) in Washington DC, USA
• Managing, sustaining as well as creating client relationships by promoting testing materials
• Selected by ETS to approve a potential testing and examination center in Oman
• Training and arranging proctors on examinations
• Travelling all over Oman at the request of the organization for various testing purposes
