Lean Transformation Engineer.
Responsible in 3 factories (PLSA, High Volume Factory and Nardeen Lighting Factory)
• Develop standard work standards and line balancing for productivity.
• Identify manufacturing cost reductions.
• Optimize machining processes to reach product quality, efficiency and process repeatability.
• Execute LEAN manufacturing techniques and design in the shop floor
• Optimize work flow and cell designs for shop throughput from mass production to once pc flow concept.
• Track and execute cost reduction for process improvements in the 3 factories
• Plan, execute and manage projects to complete through product continuous improvement.
• Lead value stream mapping exercises, like Kaizen event, Gemba walk and 5S activities to determine and record business improvement areas.
• Conduct training and seminars to all factory employees to have awareness why Lean Manufacturing concept is needed.
