• Leasing: Handling leasing inquiries and Generating leads to accomplish leasing objectives, negotiating and finalizing leasing deals, along with managing a retail portfolio of 800+ stores located in Al Wahda Mall, Khalidiyah Mall, Mushrif Mall, Al Raha Mall, Madinat Zayed Mall & Mazyad Mall.

• Negotiation: Negotiate with tenants for new & renewal of leases for various Malls which involves in cancelling, relocating and improve the rentals and other terms and conditions

• Tenant relation: Maintaining good relation with prospective tenants including attending meetings, presentations, oral and written communication, assisting in site visits, providing the updated leasing tools etc.

• Create Leasing Strategy: To study the Market, the location of the mall and identifying the target Mall customers, Involve in preparing Marketing Tools for leasing the project.
Identify the positioning of the Mall, formalizing the tenant mix and categorize per floor as well as Budgeting and formalizing income statement.

• Documentation: Coordinate with legal dept and leasing dept to formalize lease agreement and MOU and offer letters

Responsibilities & Achievements:
• Liaison: Liaise with Top Management, Tenants, Government and other
organisations on various issues and act as focal point for all issues associated
with the Mall.
• Leasing: Handling any leasing enquiry that comes directly, negotiating and
finalising the same, along with managing a retail portfolio of 50+ stores through
shopping mall development / owner.
• Marketing: Preparing Marketing and events plan, organising them, ensuring
tenant participation, negotiating media prices etc.
• Administration: Maintaining office discipline, performing duties such as
writing correspondences, documentation, file-keeping and office management.
• Facilities Management: Directly supervised a team of 20 personnel under
various categories in the security, house-keeping and maintenance departments
of the Mall.

• Leasing: Adhere to the leasing objectives and strategies set forth by the
Leasing Manager.
• Business Correspondence: Based on guidelines from the Retail Leasing
Manager, producing correspondence both formal and informal, including letters,
memorandums, retailer profiles and retailer history.
• Marketing: Working with the marketing and communications team to source
and update market intelligence and sharing the same to assist with achieving the
strategy.
• Administration: Maintaining an up to date database of retailers with their full
details so as to facilitate the leasing process
• Tenant relation: Maintaining good relation with prospective tenants including
attending meetings, presentations, oral and written communication, assisting in
site visits, providing the updated leasing tools etc.
