- Responsible for ensuring that all activity meets both internal company standards and external
regulatory requirements with respect to health, safety and the environment to ensure the company's
obligations and policies in these areas are fully complied with.
- Managing Projects, monitoring, other third parties and ensuring that all assigned work is completed
on time and within agreed budgets.
- Setting out Project works in accordance with drawings & specification & ensuring all the Micro
tunneling drives is within the specification and requirements.
- Manage the MTS Machine 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 2400, 3000 and monitor the machine while driving.
- Manage the projects that are handled by the company, monitor the project assure that it is done in
full accordance with the plans and specifications and that all the RFI is submitted and put the
schedule for the look ahead program in way that the work done properly on time with
the minimum resources.
- Assist in the development and presentation of bid proposals to pursue contracts for underground.
- Support with preparation of PQ documentation & Review of tunnel related tender documentation
and specifications.
- Support of Procurement Manager with procurement of TBM and other main logistic equipment&
Supervision of construction progress and cost controlling Preparation of target - actual comparison
sheets.
- Perform specialist QA/QC techniques on critical structures and processes.
- Supervision the civil work.
- Supervision the inspections to the contractors and consultants of the drives done by MT machines
and doing all the tests need to make sure drive is done perfectly, Alignment and level test, Air test and
grouting test.
- Cooperation with the technical team to solve any technical issue in the machine parts.
- Manage and monitor the logistics and procurement operations for the organization projects,
preparing the tenders, site visits and supervision of the contractors and subcontractor’s work.
- Assets & Inventory Management (Carry out an annual inventory of the organization assets.
- Work with the project managers on their programs bids, prepare short list and chose the most value
bid.
- Internal Audits for the field offices and ensuring that they are following the polices and procedure
of the organization.
- Fleet Management.
- Ensured that the procurement process is carried out in an accurate, transparent manner in
compliance with INTERSOS policies and procedures
. Follow up with Contractors and subcontractors to ensure that work is being carried out as per design
drawings, specifications and meeting planned dates in the schedule.
. Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on-site.
. Work with the construction team to Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems
that may arise.
. Follow up and auditing financial billing.
. Follow up and review the laboratory tests. Required for building materials and ensure that they
conform with the specifications.
. Prepare a Weekly/monthly reports of the contractor's work, size of work achievement and the
statistics of manpower on the site.
. Ensure that the labor staff is following the safety standards.
. Prepare the payment certificate for the contractor based on work completion.
