Project: Amman - Zarqa BRT Package (1).
Duties:
Day to day processing of information including shop drawings, submittals, inspection
requests, etc. as part of The Planning Team.
Providing the needed assistance for implementation of all (MEAL) activities under the project.
Oversee and monitor site works and make inspections with consultants.
Ensuring that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods and materials needed to
carry out the works.
Providing the required technical support to engineering teams, and assisting engineers and
senior technical engineers in their duties.
Document Controlling; including maintaining organized and updated documents for the
project, uploading or scanning paper documents, obtaining documents, ensuring proper and
secure storage, ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation, and
maintaining the accurate records of the project documentation.
Quantity surveying, shop drawing, and construction management as a technical support
engineer for both quantity surveying and construction departments.
Providing training and mentorship to new staff.
Assisting the Senior Highway Engineer as an Assistant Junior Engineer for Highway and
Infrastructure works.
Assisting Dr. Mohammed Al-Shrah in empowering the Al-Hussein Fellowship Program 2023
Fellows during the MIT LEAPS-Developing Your Leadership Potential course, in partnership
with Crown Prince Foundation in Jordan and MIT.
MEAL, Data Cleaning and Processing, Project Supervising, and Inventory Management.
Supervising contractors works for multiple projects inside the university.
Providing etabs and safe design to check the manual design, checking contractor shopdrawings, and quantity surveying.
Managing and monitoring work schedule as a part of consultant team.
Trained at four departments during 8 weeks; geotechnical department, quality control, special projects, and materials.
Duties:
Monitoring site investigation, testing materials, and writing reports under senior supervision.
Note: I was one of the best two trainees at the program, so they offered me to work after graduation as an engineering trainee.
