-Ensure completion of Monthly Report of summarized Financials (Income statement, balance sheet & business Plan) with variances & analysis for the Region.
-Updating the monthly and quarterly forecast (Sales, Productions, Consumptions, and Costs).
-Prepare Fixed Cost Analysis Variances, as part of monthly internal report.
-Inventory movement & Manufacturing variable Cost analysis.
-Support Plant Controller for monthly completion of Production, Variable Cost & KPI reports.
-Prepare and analyze the budget, actual and forecast.
-Prepare end of month’s schedules such as fixed asset summary, Cash Flow & Cash Forecast.
-Internal auditing
-Supervise monthly and yearly general ledger closings
-Support audit requests for year-end closings, internal and tax audit.
-Prepare and calculate monthly payroll and the related payroll declarations.
-Review monthly and year-to-date general ledgers from local and corporate headquarter system.
-Review, get approvals and make payments related to invoices and cash advances
-Prepare monthly governmental requirements
-Prepare end of month’s schedules such as; fixed asset summary, AR aging
-Review and approve monthly account reconciliations
-Prepare and develop annual operating budget and review it with the headquarter
-Ensure adherence to the local laws and corporate policies
-Perform additional duties and responsibilities as requested.
Prepare and calculate monthly payroll and the related payroll declarations.
Prepare and file monthly governmental requirements.
Support audit requests for year end closings, internal and tax audits.
