* Use effective questioning, listen carefully to pupils, give attention to errors and
misconceptions; select appropriate learning resources and develop study skills through
other source.

develop the areas of learning identified in National and local policies
* making links with other curriculum areas wherever possible.
* using a variety of teaching strategies which involve planned adult intervention, first-hand
experience and talk as a vehicle for learning;
* keeping up-to-date with developments in education and PE;leading a number of after-
school activities each term.

* Coordinate internal and external sports activities for the students and teachers, such as
camping, trips, competitions etc.
* Participate, manage and arrange the major Schools Event such as sports day, national day,
student's graduation and any other events requested by the School.
* Member of School's Gifted Team Committee in order to discover the talents.
