- Manage the process of quality accreditation through applying to NAQAAE " National Authority for Quality Assurance and accreditation of Education" to prepare the Institute for accreditation.
- Directly manage the quality team and executive committees to prepare for the institute accreditation process including both administrative and educational sides. Responsible for preparing the self-study and both short and long term plans for accreditation including all data about different academic courses and academic staff for more improvement.

I had joined Barclays since Jan. 1989, in IT Operation department as a System Operation and had been promoted in different positions within Operation dept. in different branches and HO. (Operation supervisor, Deputy Section Head and Section Head).
