•Perform a variety of professional and technical accounting and financial reporting functions; maintain accuracy of general, revenue and expenditure ledgers and subsidiary financial systems; ensure system transactions are recorded according to Saudi accepted accounting principles (SOCPA) and in compliance with the holding procedures.
• Prepare financial statements and schedules in compliance with Saudi accepted accounting principles (SOCPA) requirements; oversee accounting procedures for all workshop operations.
• Prepare of monthly, quarterly and annual financial required reports including required financial statements, schedules, notes and tables.
•Use various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data for accounting and reporting purposes
•Develop of the annual budget; monitor budget activities; forecast funds needed for workshop operations.
• Coordinate the maintenance of fixed asset records and accounting including the periodic Physical inventory of assets.
•Advice and assisting the Management in the compilation and control of workshop budget.
•Reconciliation of bank statements and both statements of different creditors and debtors.
•Review and approve expenditure vouchers submitted by all workshop departments; ensure adherence to established guidelines.
•Bringing to the attention of the management any abnormality in the disbursement of the workshop funds.
•Compute and payment of staff salaries on a monthly basis.
•Advise on the improvement of financial management system, internal control system, the use of financial management software.
• Cooperate with external auditors to carry out annual external auditing.
•Supervise the day-to-day operation of the accounting.
•Stay up-to-date of changes, current practices and developments in professional accounting.
•Other financial management duties assigned by the Director of Finance/General Manager.
ºResponsible for the following:
•Manages AP. Includes, Customer Vendor Relations, and the AP disbursement group which handles all check disbursements.
•Manages accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting; ensures accuracy and timeliness.
•Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
•Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements.
•Enters status change information into project accounting software to ensure employee information is accurate and up to date.
•Provides accounting assistance to project managers and operations staff; responds to financial questions/concerns to meet business needs.
•Acts as a liaison between the company and external accountants to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.
•Evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
•Manage & provide assistance to Payroll Dept. in preparation of monthly payroll for employees.
•Verifies variety of payroll related information.
•Processes additions, deductions & adjustment s to employee monthly payroll.
•Ensure accuracy in all aspects of The Group’s compensation packages,
•Manages and supervises payroll operations to achieve goals
•Plans and organizes workloads,
o Responsible for supervising the overall accounting activities (GL, AP, AR, FA, Payroll, Project & Cost Accounting) and provide approvals on their transactions based on Delegated Level of Authority :
•closing operations and finance activite.
•Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and all financial reports.
•Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
•Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
•Analyze and review budgets and expenditures for local, and contracts.
•Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
•Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
•Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
•Explain invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
•Resolve accounting discrepancies.
•Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
•Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
•Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
•Record all accounting transactions, whether purchases and sales and receipts and payments and assets and depreciation and preparing bank reconciliations
•Responsible for foreign Purchasing, entering all the L/C Observing all the costing process till the goods reached the warehouse.
•Accounts payable and Preparing the banks reconciliation.
•Inventory Controller comparing all the warehouse inventory’s checking with the physical and Preparing the Adjustment entries.
•Manual Book keeping for Trading Company and Preparing financial Statements including Closing Entries, Trial Balance, Income Statement & Balance Sheet.
•Audit: Operation Auditing.
•Taxes: Government Sales Tax & Income Tax.
