Promoted to fulfill a broad range of HR functions, including recruiting and training employees, and
managing HR records. Handling the HR ERP system as a Super User, resolved conflicts between
employees and performed exit processes.
▪ Conduct with the HR team all aspects of the recruitment procedures for South-Central IQ staff,
including job advertisement, longlisting, and interviewing candidates.
▪ Conduct staff induction sessions, training on Code of Conduct, Confidentiality, Conflict of Interest,
ERP Training, and others.
▪ Processing employees’ database for DRC South-Central staff on monthly basis.
▪ Updating DRC South-Central Organogram on monthly basis.
▪ DRC Dynamics super user, supporting staff in solving issues, creating new positions, conducting
trainings, adding new employees’ data, and updating the staff information on daily bases.
▪ Handling staff leave requests and checking the leave submissions in DRC Dynamics on daily
basis.
▪ Monitoring, regulating and supervising the daily attendance of employees, to provide proper
management of working hours, overtime, annual leave and official holidays.
▪ Ensuring that records of all HR related information (HR database, contracts, and documents for
personnel files, including interview records) are managed and documented in both soft and hard
copies.
▪ Creating all staff contacts, contract amendments, termination letters, and notifying the managers
of staff ending dates ahead of time.
▪ Follow-up on submission of timesheets for all national staff in South-Central IQ offices on a
monthly basis, and archiving all the timesheets for every month.
▪ Updating contact list for South-Central IQ offices on monthly basis.
▪ Following up on staff appraisal processes in DRC Dynamics, and conducting training sessions to
ensure the process is going according to the policy.
▪ Updating staff information to process the Access Letters on monthly basis.
▪ Processing the Social Security calculations and reports for all South-Central IQ staff on monthly
basis, and yearly reports on annual basis.
