Responsibilities:- 1- Following up-on the correspondences of governmental bodies and ministries provided by the project's Arab Office. 2- Following up the letters with all the engineers in the governmental bodies until the issuance of the final approval letter. 3- Coordinating with the engineers in the office to hold coordinated meetings with the Ministry to clarify the plans.. 4- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for projects and sending them to officials for review. 5- Coordinating with the engineer of government bodies in issuing approvals for project letters. 6- Follow-up and issuance of new letters for projects with the department's secretariat, with the addition of attachments to the project. 7- Follow up and coordinate with the officials to provide them with the information and plans required for the project. 8- Receiving the letters issued for the project from Government bodies and Ministries. 9- Attend coordination meetings, Also write and provide them with the required project notes. 10- Remind the office engineer to attend meetings with ministries and government bodies. 11- Provide the engineer of Ministries and Bodies with the missing plans and annexes of the project. 12- Work on scheduling meetings. 13- telephone communication between the administrative coordinator and the engineers of the Ministries and Government bodies.
