Responsibilities:
• Participate in developing the project’s work plans, reviewing the project’s budget and preparing the procurement plan.
• Prepare purchase requisitions based on requirements, check the quality of product and update the projects procurement/ logistics tracking.
• Obtain updates from the field about the project progress on daily and keep it in the daily project tracker.
• Contact the representatives in Syria offices for monitoring and data gathering, and provides required support to field staff.
• Prepare and develop status reports as required by management.
• Prepare and update the needed documentation to the project’s activities such as (salaries, payment and authorization letters) and ensures proper filing of project’s documents.
• Maintain the Health and Safety standards
• Following up with all the activities related to the project

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Program Events and training.
• Monitoring and evaluation program activities in different governorates (Irbid, Mafraq, Amman, and Zarqa)\ Host communities and Syrian Refugees.
• Coordinate selection of beneficiaries and coordinate with other actors within the project.
• Prepare technical reports for a donor (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development ACTED).
• Collect documentation from centers in different governorates
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan.
• Analyze and verify data in the field.
• Effectively respond to team needs and potential problems.
• Advocacy Campaign planning, design, monitoring and implementation.
• Provide monitoring of cash distribution for Centre's in different governorates.
• Develop schedules for outreach activities and communicate with Media and local channel to cover program activities in cooperation with communication team.
• Organize and attend weekly meetings with field staff

University field training:

Responsibilities:
 Assist in preparing the designs and specifications for the project.
 Calculate the quantities and reinforcement.
 Ensuring that the sites meet all the legal, health and safety guidelines.
 Monitor the site work and prepare status reports for the supervisor
