Manage and Monitor the company’s daily activities and long-term plans to
established work guidelines.
Provide oversight and leadership in executing projects from planning to
completion.
Build an effective team of leaders by providing guidance and coaching to
subordinate managers.
Develop the projects work flow and maintain management guidelines by
updating the company policies and procedures.
Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in
ways that strengthen its profile.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing
program; candidate selection; recommending changes.
Maintains the work structure by updating and preparing job descriptions for all
positions.
Maintains a pay and salary plans, scheduling and conducting job evaluations,
preparing monthly pay and salaries budgets.
Improve continently the HR operations, the employee community and
environment.
Preparing logistics and support plans for the company projects and training.
Developing and implementing methodologies and tools to enable effective
execution of plans.
Preparing and working on Procedures, support policies and methodologies.
Managing operations, including, material and personnel; ensure timely,
accountable and cost-effective.
Lead the strategic planning process for the projects, including organizations, content development and facilitation for strategic planning process and executive planning sessions.
Preparing reports on progress of each project.
Organizing all procedures of recruitment, on the job training, and prepare new
employee contract.
Completing human resource operational requirements by scheduling and
assigning employees; following up on work results.
Following up with Employee KPIs, performance and evaluations.
Preparing financial and managerial reports that it related to all operations and
events.
Part time position
Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis. Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
Prepare training materials for effective training.
Managing the delivery of training and development programs and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization.
Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires.
Evaluate training and development programs.
Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems.
