 Planning of resources required to complete the project according to programmers.
 Ensuring that site personnel are adequately experienced and properly trained to carryout designated duties.
 Responsible for day to day management of the project, both onside and offside through delegation of duties in accordance with the organization chart and for the effective implementation of project management system and agreed QMS inspection and test plan
 Liaising with the Head Office for the purpose of support service and procurement of recourses.
 Developing and maintaining good working & social relationship with the Client, Consultant and authority
 Ensuring the quality service levels within the time limit.
 Ensuring that all site personnel are conversant with the requirements of the QMS, ISO 9001:2008 (Quality) and HSE plans a per ISO: 14001(Environmental), OHSAS: 18001 (Health and safety ), IMS ( Integrated Management System )
