- Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
- Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
- Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
- Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
- Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
- Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters
- Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
- Process Staffing Requisition Form (SRF) and update accordingly
Assist in recruiting front-liners (using psychometrics tools - PI)
Issue job offers as per FCA and follow-up with candidates on status
Assist in preparing induction programs with department heads
Follow-up on new recruits (grade 6+) induction process and report deficiencies to HR Manager if any Generate monthly HR Metrics reports and present to HRM
Ensure that Employee Development Plans and PTN are implemented as per HRP
Assist Department Heads in compiling data in preparation for HRP
Maintain HR System and generate queries when needed
Follow-up and assign training sessions as per HRP and training budget
Conduct monthly “reality checks” through monthly visits to remote business units
Conduct random internal audits on salaries and benefits and generate report
Coach and assist HR Associates in conducting their day to day tasks
Maintain and initiate reviews of Job Evaluations as needed
in Addition to:
Creating, implementing and continually improving the operation plans of the work.
Writing and auditing an operation manual for the department.
Observing, writing and analyzing reasons of the employees’ absenteeism, resignation and termination in order to improve working conditions and ultimately reduce turnover.
Developing the recruitment strategy of the company thus ensuring a healthy pipeline of Saudi manpower for various vacancies.
Handling employee relations and legislation matters, which includes but not limited to managing investigations, mediating differences between employees, conducting employee opinion surveys and helping managers improve their relationships with their employees.
