) I Am Responsible for the 3rd party websites, Highly Involved with Revenue & Marketing management, Room Rate's deciding and Availability, leading the Reservation's team and coordinate the department activities and communications within the company and with the company clients, Checking arrival reports and ensuring all reservations reconciles with correspondence and/or 3rd party websites, Track data and make recommendations in relation to sales campaigns and reservation offers, Assist the Reservations Manager where required, Increasing the Department annual Productivity and the Efficiency of the reservations team outcome, Handling VIP accounts.
I was involved with revenue management sided with data entry, Room Rate's deciding and Availability, leading the Reservation's team and coordinate the department activities and communications within the company and with the company clients, Increasing the Department annual Productivity and the Efficiency of the reservations team outcome, Handling VIP accounts case's and complains. Selling the three Marriott's in Jordan (Amman Marriott, Dead sea Marriott and Petra Marriott).
A position mixed with telecommunications and face-to-face sales, I would provide customer's offers for the Three Marriott properties in Jordan (Amman, Dead Sea, and Petra) thus my product knowledge is broad, Selling the three Marriott's in Jordan (Amman Marriott, Dead sea Marriott and Petra Marriott)
